Description

The Quick Release Connector for Clamping Rings, also called a quick release connector, is a mechanism that is adopted for the easy, secure, and fast assembling of clamping rings. The Quick Release Connector for Clamping Rings consists of a comfortable handle riveted with saddle parts for welding on the ring, 2 turning parts connected with an M6 bolt which is adjustable for clamping force. Auwell also produces the hinge parts for the closing side.

The saddle part is designed in accordance with the clamping ring profile, making sure that the fast connector is firmly connected with the ring. For carbon steel rings, the fast connector is supplied under light oil rust protection conditions. The rust protection agent is specially formulated to prevent rusting for at least 6 months without impacting the connecter’s welding performance.
