Casting

説明

Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process.

鋳造用に処理される最も一般的な金属は、アルミニウムと鋳鉄です。ただし、ステンレス鋼、合金鋼、青銅、真ちゅう、マグネシウム、亜鉛などの他の金属も、鋳造所で鋳造品を製造するために使用されます。

-Mold making 

鋳造工程では、目的の部品の形状にパターンを作成します。シンプルなデザインは、単一のピースまたはソリッドパターンで作成できます。より複雑なデザインは、スプリットパターンと呼ばれる2つの部分で作成されます。パターンは、ワックス、木、プラスチック、または金属で作られています。金型は、鋳造所の種類、鋳造される金属、製造される部品の数、鋳造のサイズ、および鋳造の複雑さに応じて、いくつかの異なるプロセスを通じて構築されます。

-溶融

-注ぐ

- Shakeout 

The solidified metal component is then removed from its mold. Where the mold is sand-based, this can be done by shaking or tumbling.  

- Degating 

デゲーティングとは、鋳造物からヘッド、ランナー、ゲート、ライザーを取り外すことです。ランナー、ゲート、およびライザーは、カッティングトーチ、バンドソー、またはセラミックカットオフブレードを使用して取り外すことができます。

-Heat treating 

熱処理は、材料の物理的、場合によっては化学的特性を変更するために使用される一連の工業および金属加工プロセスです。

-表面洗浄

After degating and heat treatment, sand or other molding media may remain adhered to the casting. To remove any mold remnants, the surface is cleaned using a blasting process. Numerous materials may be used to clean cast surfaces, including steel, iron, other metal alloys, aluminum oxides, glass beads, walnut shells, baking powder, and many others.  

-仕上げ

鋳造プロセスの最終ステップでは、通常、コンポーネントを研削、研磨、または機械加工して、目的の寸法精度、物理的形状、および表面仕上げを実現します。

ØV-process casting — Vacuum with thermoformed plastic to form sand molds. No moisture, clay or resin required.
ØDie casting — Metal mold.
Øビレット（インゴット）鋳造–通常、他の鋳造所で使用するための、金属のインゴットを製造するための単純な型。

We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.

Tooling payments need to be pre-paid. For mass production, we offer flexible payment terms, reasonable credit terms will be given, the client only pays when they are happy with the product they received. For long-term projects, we offer call-off inventory services for fast delivery requirements.
